Thanks for the update about her appointment and everything going on.

I do need to ask something going forward. For longer messages—like rescheduling details—and especially for things with a lot of attachments or images, can you please send those to the email we already agreed to use?

The phone isn’t set up to handle really long texts or multiple downloads like that.

If you’re worried about me not seeing it, you can just text me to let me know that you sent an email. That way I won’t miss anything important.
