Hi everyone
i want to share a problem i’m dealing with right now

My gmail account has been restricted because I couldn’t update my phone number. The documents in that account are really important for me to handle appeals, claims, and other essential things. Without access I can’t move these processes forward.

I'm trying to verify my identity and get access back as quickly as possible. This is a reminder to keep your contact information updated so you don’t get locked out

The Most Common Issues of Complaints Include Staff Bias Allegations that agency staff were biased against the complainant.
