Shower Routine

shower routine
before the shower
turn on the water and let it warm up
take off clothes and place them in the hamper
brush hair if it tangles easily
gather soap shampoo towel and clean clothes

in the shower
wet hair and body
wash hair with shampoo and rinse
use conditioner if needed and rinse
wash face gently
wash body with soap including underarms chest back and feet
rinse body and hair well

after the shower
turn off the water and step out carefully
dry body with a towel
put on deodorant
brush or style hair
put on clean clothes

quick reset
hang the towel to dry
close shampoo bottles
check that the bathroom floor is dry
