Risk and Safety

What that means (simple)
There is risk whether someone stays and there is risk when someone leaves So the focus is not judgment. The focus is safety.

The priority is to understand that every situation has risk.. There is no simple or safe choice without challenges. So instead of asking, why don’t they just leave? We ask, what risks are they facing right now?

Even simpler
Don’t judge the decision. Understand the risk. Focus on safety
