New Developments in the Jane Doe Trial

Two lawyers regarding The Jane Doe Files were contacted regarding a set up time to come by and approve the residence. It is a condition to establish unsupervised visits and ultimately another step toward justice.

Right now she sees her chold three times per week. Right now only one of these is in person. Both of their lawyers have not commented. A request for updates has been sent.

At the in-person meeting last week, she proposed a new app called MyHomeJourney. A guide that helps protect children by giving them an interactive experience of how the system should work, checking things off as the process developed.

The Jane Doe Case Files were returned last week by vastly incompetent mail delivery people. Apparently, they don't deliver certified mail to your door - then don't give us the option. It's unclear how long it will take CPS to coordinate a time and place to exchange the documents in-person. The case is closed and is being appealed.

A Representative for the Jane Doe Files is set to a announce the petition to a new Christ-Centered Recovery Group in Virginia. The activist is also making plans to post small flyers with the QR code linked to the petition on local resource tables/bulletins.

Hey guys I'm me and I got my daughter taken away three years ago and a system that is supposed to keep families together has severed mine. There is a rising experiences just like mine in our community and I started something called The Jane Doe Files to bring awareness to this very sensitive issue. So in this petition we're asking for our officials to wear body cameras, transcribe court hearings, and something else. When officials fail our community, our community needs to hold officials accountable.
