Fun Merch Idea For My Book Launch
I could make “Spark of Change” charms that come with the book bundle:

Designs
yellow lightning charm
glow-in-the-dark spark charm
metallic silver energy bolt

Kids could clip them on:
backpacks
pencil cases
jacket zippers

20 identical lightning charms in 10 minute
What You’ll Need
Oven-bake clay (like Sculpey)
Your original lightning bolt (one perfect piece)
Cornstarch or a tiny bit of oil (prevents sticking)
Something flat (card, tile, or table)
Optional: straw or toothpick (for hole)

Step 1: Make ONE Perfect Lightning
Roll clay flat (not too thick)
Cut or shape your lightning bolt
Smooth the edges → this is your “master copy”

Tip: Make it thicker than you want the final ones

Step 2: Turn It Into A Mold
Roll a ball of scrap clay
Flatten it
Press your lightning charm firmly into it
Pull it out → now you have a negative mold
Dust with cornstarch so clay won’t stick

Step 3: Rapid Copy Mode (This is the trick)
Roll small balls of clay
Press into the mold
Peel out

Step 4: Clean + Finish
Lightly smooth edges with fingers
Use toothpick/straw for charm hole
Bake all at once
Extra Speed Hack (Game-Changer)
Make 2–3 molds at once
Rotate between them while one rests
