Jane Doe Time Line of Events
In something sometime somewhere Jane Doe became pregnant with an unknown man at a bar. She is happy for the baby but mad at the father for not being there.
At something sometime Jane Doe's mother remarried and Jane Doe moved in with her mother and her step father in some time.
Sometime after the confrontation, Jane Doe called the police wanting to relocate to a friend's house or shelter but when the police got there, they didn't know what to do so they took Jane Doe and her daughter to the hospital.

While Jane Doe was in the hospital, she worried that her mother would try and take custody of her daughter and that's exactly what happened. Here are the (false) allegations made by Jane Doe's mother.
[false allegations]
Jane Doe moved to some place some time somewhere and reportedly complained to officials about housing for low income citizens.
Later on Jane Doe then got in contact with a local domestic violence shelter who helped Jane Doe and her daughter receive subsidized housing.
Within weeks it's reported that Jane Doe's mother called in a wellness check and her narrative of what happened influenced their decisions: here's what happened:
They weren't fair. Jane Doe was not allowed to record any of the court hearing and there is no written document of what words were exchanged. What is seen on the papers is what halpened. Everyone went in and signed paperwork. No fair trial. No evidence. A decision premade before she even walked in the room. Described as a shark tank, anyway, here are the records:
The decision was made cold and without conscience but Jane Doe followed through on the appeal process and that has since been delayed two years.
[appeal notes]
Jane Doe started receiving services to see her daughter at sometime someplace somewhere and her daughter was then given a phone and since then, she has never missed a visit or complained about wanting to leave.
All of this and Jane Doe is still the first person in her family to graduate from a university. The first person in her family who has ever come out as LGBT, and the first woman in her family to start and operate her own business.
Today she's still trying to free herself from her mother's control.
