Example Cease and Desist Letter for Mental Abusers

To Whom It May Concern,
This letter serves as a formal demand that you immediately cease and desist from engaging in any further actions that constitute harassment, false reporting, interference, or coercive conduct toward Jane Doe and her minor child.

Documented evidence has established a sustained pattern of conduct including, but not limited to: Knowingly false allegations made to law enforcement, medical providers, and child protective services.

Statements have harmed parental rights
Interference with custody, housing, or financial
Repeated actions to intimidate, control, or disrupt
Conduct resulting in ED & LT psychological harm.

Several of these allegations were formally investigated and determined to be unfounded. Despite this, the behavior has continued.

These actions may constitute violations including Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Defamation, False Reporting, Abuse of Process, and Malicious Prosecution, among others.

Accordingly You Are Hereby Directed To
Cease all direct and indirect contact with Jane Doe except through authorized legal channels.

Refrain from making any further reports, statements, or allegations unless supported by verifiable evidence.

Stop any interference with Jane Doe’s personal, financial, or parental affairs.

Preserve all records, communications, and documentation related to these matters

Failure to comply may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to civil claims for damages, injunctive relief, and formal protective orders. This letter is written without prejudice to any and all rights and claims, all of which are expressly reserved.
