Why This Exists
This document is for clear, neutral communication between caregivers. No drama, no finger-pointing—just facts so everyone knows what’s happening with the child.

Daily Routines & Well‑Being
Track general routines, sleep, injuries, medications, or anything unusual. Example: independence with dressing or bathing, changes in sleep patterns.

Food & Nutrition
Keep everyone aligned on food preferences, availability, and substitutions. Example: store, item, price, substitutions, notes.

Health & Medical Appointments
Record appointments, symptoms, follow-up needs, and who was present. Example: doctor visits, observed symptoms, any follow-up actions.

School & Education
Track attendance, progress, and any concerns. Example: learning challenges, regression, or unusual behaviors.

Outings & Activities
Coordinate any trips longer than an hour. Example: date, time, length, event, approval, notes.

Babysitting & Care Support
List backup caregivers for transparency. Include drop-off/pick-up times, contact info, and notes.

Questions, Comments & Communication Log
Use this section to ask questions, clarify, or follow up on observations. Keep entries neutral and factual.

General Shared Expectations

  1. No parties after 8:00 PM

  2. Respect all cultures

  3. Use respectful, person-first language

  4. Share expenses and income transparently

  5. Report accidents and overnight stays

  6. Avoid conversations about weight or dieting with the child

  7. No corporal punishment or violence
