New Activity Concept - Regulating Emotions

Okay so the game is you put all of the "how I feel today" "what happened" and "why I feel this way" in a jar to signify things you can't control. And then from that match up like "frustrated I lost my toy because I worked hard and it got ruined" then you go to an activity sheet where the focus is on what you can control: "What helps me feel better" and "what is another way to look at it"
