Jaemi Emotion Activity Sheet
Perfect! Here’s a kid-friendly, interactive activity sheet version of the guide. It’s written so you can print it or use it as a template to do together with your daughter. Each section has simple prompts and spaces to write or draw feelings.
Jaemi Emotions Activity Sheet
How I Feel Today
Draw a face or write a word that shows how you feel right now.
What Happened
Write or draw what made you feel this way.
Why I Feel This Way
Try to explain why this made you feel sad, angry, frustrated, or confused.
What Helps Me Feel Better
Think about what could make you feel a little better. You can draw, write, or even act it out. Examples: taking a deep breath, talking to someone, drawing, or doing something fun.
Another Way to Look at It
Once you’re calm, try to think of another way to see what happened. Example: “Even though I was upset, I can try again or do something else.” Draw or write your idea.
My Feelings Check-In
At the end of the day or week, look back at your sheet and see how your feelings changed. Did the strategies help? What worked best for you? Write or draw it here.
