To get the best Walmart Cash Back deals you have to take their Cash Back Dollar Value / Total cost. $2 or more back on $5. Stay in that percentile+/- a few cents. The real deals are going to get you half cash back what you paid. Anything under $5 really isn't worth it unless you buy it already.

In this example. The closer you are to the .45 percentage, the better the deal. The further away you are from that percentage means you're still getting a deal - just a significantly lesser value.
